Why is proof of insurance required to join Limopros.com?
This ensures that only professional limousine operators are listed in our database. Which gives the consumers' confidence to use and book limousines through the companies we serve. Consumers can book with confidence knowing that all referrals we give them have the appropriate insurance coverage. Not only does this provide them with "peace of mind", but we are also saving them the time from having to do the research themselves which adds value to the Limo Pros service.
How do consumers find Limopros.com?
Limopros.com has experts that work continuously at optimizing our web site pages (making them search engine friendly) to ensure we maintain a steady traffic increase online. We receive over 2 million pages views per year and are rated by Google as a 7 rating. As a result; Limo Pros is listed in all of the major search engines such as Yahoo, Google, MSN, AOL and many others. Through the ongoing development of new online partnerships with other corporate websites Limopros.com traffic continues to grow.
How will I get the leads?
There are three methods. By telephone thru our directory listings, by redirection to your website from our banner ads and by email from the forms. All email, telephone and redirects will go to the address you specified on your profile. Some customers may call you by phone and/or visit your website directly as well. You are not charged for any phone calls or clicks over to your website. Our services are sold by monthly charge. The amount per charge for emailed leads is 99 cents per lead. The charges for banner ads and directory listing are predicated upon the traffic ratings for each city you advertise.
I don't have a website; can I still join the service?
Yes. That is the beauty of Limopros.com. You don't NEED a website. All you need is a working telephone or email address so that you can receive the leads. However we do provide advertising pages that will define your services and cost,; just ask your service representative for details if you would like more information. 877-326-0159
Does Limopros.com take an additional fee or commission if I book a job from one of your leads?
No. Limopros.com does not. The only fee charged to you is monthly advertising fee, monthly directory fee or "per lead" 99 cent charge. The advertising costs fluctuate depending upon the traffic to the location where you provide service.
Do I pay for each lead, or only the ones I book a job on?
You are charged for each lead that you receive from Limopros.com at the rates listed on the "Join Limopros.com" page of our website. Responding to your potential customers promptly and politely will help ensure you have a good booking ratio.
I don't have a company credit card, are there other options to pay?
Right now the Limopros.com system is set up to handle billing by credit card only. Having a manual system would only increase our overhead and staffing costs which would be reflected in higher costs per lead for the limousine operators. We accept all major credit cards.
When is my credit card billed, and how do I know how much is charged each month?
Your credit card is charged $50 when you first join Limopros.com. This balance is reduced for leads received, or advertising or directory listing purchased. All charges to your cards are compiled and charge at the end of every month. At that time of charge you will receive a statement by email that will show the advertising charge, the directory listings charge and how many leads you received, less any credits, and the total amount charged to your credit card. To view emailed leads in detail or get historical information you can log into your profile at any time. A first month authorization is required in some areas, and credited to first month's bill. Please contact your representative for details.
Declined Credit Card Policy?
If your credit card is declined your services will be stopped within 48 hours. For our members, there are charges for leads, banners ads and directory listing each month. Should your credit card decline, please fax an updated credit card form within 48 hours to avoid a reactivation fee. This fee covers the administrative costs associated with this services, and the time that we have held your membership for you.
How do I know how many leads I have received per month from Limopros.com?
As an active member you can log into your profile at any time and view your leads by the month. All leads are archived stored with the original quote request and the customers contact information. You will also be able to view the number clicks through to your banners and directory listing each month.
What do I do if I change my fleet, services, or decrease/expand my service areas?
You simply log in to your profile at any time with your username and password and update/change your details as required. This profile is used for email leads. If you have changes to your directory listing we suggest that you notify Limo Pros by email forward the necessary changes. email@example.com
What if I am a member of a similar service already?
Great, then you are already familiar with how powerful a pay per lead service can be. In the rare event that you should get a duplicate lead from us that you have already received from one of your other services we will charge you for the lead .
What is a bad lead, and do I get charged for them?
A bad lead is one where someone may have (1) put in a bogus information (2) placed a duplicate request on the same day via Limo Pros (3) requested a quote within 24 hours from the time of the pick-up is requested or (5) the lead Limo Pros provided was out of your service area. Please report these types of leads from within in your account. This reminder appears at the bottom of every emailed lead.
Which of my competitors are members?
Just about all Limo companies use some form of booking service. In the case of Limo Pros we have multiple limo companies in some areas and few or none in other areas.. You can contact your service representative for more information. At 877-326-0159
